Easter Day!

This Easter, we planned to have Easter brunch with a few family members at our house. To our surprise, it rained all day which ruined our plans for eating outside. Because the weather was terrible, we ended up canceling the event and celebrated it within ourselves. My mom did a great job fixing our brunch along with making us some mimosas. While eating we listened to some soulful gospel music and praised the lord. Even though I’m too old, I still got a Easter basket filled with goodies. After brunch we went our separate ways throughout the house and worked on own things. Recently, my cousin built a house down the street from us so we went to her house for Easter dinner. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed spending time with our family. Although the rain was a bummer, we enjoyed spending time with our family and celebrating the real reason for Easter.
